Annual Town Meeting Results: Visit the Documents page to see the results of this year's Annual Town Meeting that took place on Saturday, June 6th. Upcoming meetings:
Wednesday July 8, 2009: The Board of Selectmen's meeting, 6:30pm at the Town Offices. Mount Vernon Selectmen meet every other Wednesday. Tuesday July 21, 2009: Planning Board meeting, 7pm at the Mount Vernon Community Center. The

Sunday July 5, 2009: Fire Department 36th Annual Chicken Barbeque, 11am - 2pm at the Town Beach.
Saturday July 11, 2009: Summer Arts and Crafts Fair at the Mt. Vernon Community Center, 9am - 2pm rain or shine. Contact Wanda Morse at 293-2877 for more information.
Saturday July 18, 2009: Annual Library Book Sale from 9am - 2pm at the Mt. Vernon Community Center. (See the Library page for more upcoming activities.)
Saturday August 1, 2009: The Mt. Vernon Community Center Auction. 11am, rain
